the gym was super busy today ! judy and i went on the stairmaster to kill some time. i dont think we were doing it right so we got bored. i always feel so self-conscious going into the weight room because its just a bunch of guys ! they just look at themselves in the mirror and stare at any newcomers. awkward muchhh.
