i woke up at 5 to go to los angeles. yawnnn
from there we drove to the tanger outlet at barstow, nevada.
had lunch at the zion outlet in st. george, utah. mmmm mongolian noodles !
spent the night in richfield, utah. motels are scary places !

sunday, june 21
arches national park in utah. there were a lot of arches and rocks (:

after that we drove to denver, colorado

monday, june 22
drove to cheyenne, wyoming. visited the capitol buildingg.



passed throug lusk, wyoming
drove all the way to black hills, south dakota
went to crazy horse memorial ! only saw the head. estimated completion in 40 years !

this time there were four heads !


now there's two !

slept at the franklin hotel in deadwood, south dakota. the hotel is more than a 100 years old and i was scared of ghosts !

drove to sheridan, wyoming
passed through billings, montana
yellowstone ! mammoth springs, artist point, and upper fall








wednesday, june 24
more yellowstone ! pristmatic pools, old faithful, west thumb geyser, and yellowstone lake



grand teton national park. fun fact : it's the paramount movie mountains !



jackson hole, wyoming



they have an arch made out of antlers !
stopped at idaho falls, idaho where we saw a waterfall ....


passed through pocatello, idaho
slept at ogden, utah

thursday, june 25
went to the mormon temple in salt lake city, utah. sat in the pew facing the organ and thought about sound waves.

saw the salt lake in salt lake city, utah



had lunch at fillmore, utah
visited the bingham copper mine and all i could think about were the environmental effects of mining ... i'm such a nerd



stayed at the stratosphere hotel in las vegas babyyyy

drove to baker, nevada
stayed at the tanger outlet againn. coach bags are so pretty ):
passed through the mojave desert
